All items must be returned unused and with all original tags still attached. As soon as we receive the product, you will receive an email confirming you that your refund or exchange will be processed ASAP; Please keep in mind that refunds time will vary depending on your financial institution, please note: the refund amount will not include shipping fees. If the merchandise you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us, once we receive the product you can choose a new product or request a full refund.

• Due to heath regulations, returned merchandised that is worn, damaged, laundered or soiled cannot be accepted.
• Undergarments must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached and including original package.
• Exchanges or Returns will be process as soon as we received our product, and you will receive an email, notifying that an exchange or return will be processed (Please note: Original Shipping fees are not refundable).
• Exchanges for size will depend on item availability, if product is available you should expect the new item within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as product is received in our Return Facility and the conditions of the undergarment are verified by our team. Then your refund will be process ASAP, and you will receive an email notifying you. Please keep in mind that refund’s time will vary depending on your financial institution.
